I work out 4 days a week and go to a aerobic class 3 days a week after gym! I enjoy working out but find that my abs are my problem area!
Before I started working out and really taking my health serious I weight over 250 lbs and was miserable! I have lost 70 lbs and working on the last 40 lbs. Here is 10 exercises that I have found that seems to work my problem area.
bicycle crunches
double crunches
ball crunches
cable crunches
double crunches
hanging knee raises
ab crunches(holding your butt muscles tight as
you do this)
leg raises
oblique crunches
decline leg raises
I have to say that I have seen a noticeable difference in my core muscles since I have started the above list. I can do more reps and I don't feel as sore as when I first started!
