7. thrusters
8. squats
9. cleans
10. swimming
Whatever you choose simply go all out for 20 seconds. Take a 10 second rest. Repeat 7 times.
This will not only initiate a crazy burn in your muscles it will get your heart rate up making you feel like you have really worked your body.
This is a fat loss regime what I use as I believe you can't lose fat by just doing targeted exercises. You got to loose whole body fat. Anyway, I love it and it is what got me in shape.
